Free hosting support offline period


Dear Customer,

Please be advised that all free hosting customer support will be temporarily offline for the Christmas holiday period between Monday 23rd December 2013 and Monday 6th January 2013.

Our free hosting customer support department will close at 17:00hrs GMT on Monday 23/12/13 and re-open again at 09:00hrs GMT on Monday 23/01/14.

During this period, all support tickets and emails submitted by free hosting customers will go unanswered. Messages posted on our official Facebook page, Twitter profile and through our contact form will also go unanswered during this time.

Premium hosting customers are not affected by this closure and may continue to request support in the normal manner via their hosting control panel.

All free hosting support tickets and messages will be replied to when our free hosting customer support department re-opens in. If your hosting issue is urgent, please register and create a support ticket at: byet.org/premiumsupport
