Help! I can't login?

If you can't login, please double check your username and password carefully. Remember that passwords are case sensitive.

Ensure that you do not have your caps-lock key on/off by mistake.

If this does not work, please click on the 'lost password' link on the front page of the hosting control panel login screen to have your password automatically emailed to you. Please check your Spam folder as the email may take anything up to 24 hours to arrive.

Should you receive your password and you still cannot login, please check the security settings on your computer. Our login system uses a piece of code called a 'cookie' to login correctly. Please review your computer's cookie settings to ensure that cookies are enabled on your machine. For help on how to do this, please see this link.

If all of your login details are correct and cookies are enabled on your computer, please turn off any anti-virus and firewall software you have running on your machine. Sometimes anti-virus/ firewall programs interfere in the way certain login information is handled. Ensure that any anti-virus software is set to OFF or DISABLED before attempting to login again.

If you have followed all of the steps above and are still experiencing trouble logging into your account then please contact our Customer Support Department for more information.
