Changing your password

You can change the password you use to login to your account with via the "change password" feature in your control panel.

It is important that you carefully select a strong password and do not write it down or reveal it to anybody.

Please remember that our team here at GetFreeHosting.co.uk will NEVER ask you for your password. Our support team do not require your password in order to view / enter your account.

Remember the following...
  • Changing your password will in effect change the password used on all parts of the service including your MySQL, FTP and e-mail password so you will have to update any instances in which the password is used with the new one.
  • You should NEVER share your password with anyone, including individuals claiming to be working for GetFreeHosting.co.uk.
  • Your password should use a combination of letters and numbers and be mixed cased to be secure.
